I invite you to a complimentary 60-minute Introspective Breathwork Therapy (IBT) session in exchange for your feedback and constructive criticism. This session is designed to help you connect deeply and find clarity, including:

30 minutes of breathwork to release tension
and cultivate inner awareness

30 minutes for meditation, journaling, sharing, and integration to solidify your experience and insights

Please come prepared with any necessary medication, such as an inhaler, in case of complications as outlined in the contraindications. For a more immersive experience, I suggest bringing headphones and any comfort items, such as blankets, pillows, pets, snacks, drinks, or aromas.
